Enjoying London’s Canary Wharf Ice Rink



A visit to London during this time of the year offers a multitude of celebratory

this season.
The Canary Wharf ice Rink is in town once again.  You can enjoy the well-loved 
winter sport of ice skating by going to the Canada Square Park which features 
he seasonal ice rink.  The park is just a short distance from  
cheap hotels near Earls Court.
The ice rink provides the perfect opportunity to skate underneath twinkling 
lights. The rink features an amazing light show that includes over a thousand 
glorious light bulbs.
You can glide gracefully around the rink. You can also explore a skate path 
that breaks off from the central rink. This path lies directly below an amazing 
canopy of beautiful tall rees.
You can do more than just ice skate during a stopover at the park. There are 
shopping arcades, cafes, rink-side bars, and restaurants in the area. The wharf 
stays open every single day of the week so you can visit any time you feel the 
need to relax and have fun.
You are guaranteed to have an enjoyable time at the rink. You can show off your 
prowess if you are a long-time ice-skater. You can also have a lot of fun even 
if you are a novice and a little wobbly on your ice skates.
The spectacular ice rink, considered to be the longest ice rink in the city, is 
conveniently located. It is found in the very heart of the bustling business district. 
If you work in the city, you can conveniently go to the rink after work.  
If you are a guest at the Mowbray Court Hotel, you can go to the rink via the 
Heron Quays DLR, the Canary Wharf DLR, or the Jubilee Line of the Canary 
Wharf Tube.
You can drive, take the 277 or the 135 bus, or take the D8, D7, or D3. You can
 also take the Thames Clipper boat to reach the pier.
You will see a gigantic Christmas tree at the entrance to welcome you to the area. 
Look for the rink on the park side of the square, right across the Parlour Bar 
and the Canteen.
The stunning attraction has a long running season. It rink will stay in the park 
from the first week of November 2017 until the last week of February 2018.
