Experience Flamenco Festival 2018

A huge flamenco event is coming up in London, and it’s one of the biggest cultural
events that have ever been organized.
The Annual Flamenco Festival is set to commemorate its 15th anniversary. To be
held at Sadler's Wells, near The Edward Hotel Paddington, the said event will
take place from Wednesday 14 February up to Sunday 25 February.
With presentations from the world’s best flamenco dancers in the world,
this year's commemoration will explore away from the traditional practice of
the flamenco dancer to relive old dance culture, regain stories of women and
unearth the tales behind every dance and music.
Renowned dancers and musicians are set to come together to London, and flock
to the Best Hotels Near Paddington Station to formally open the Flamenco
Festival's first show with the theme, Tempo of Light. Performer Yo Carmen will
also be at the event from Thursday to Saturday to express feminine soul. Yo
Carmen challenges the myths being passed around about Prosper Mérimée's
notorious femme fatale in quest of the true woman underneath. Probing into
the emotional state of real women, Pagés and other flamenco artists will function
as the voice of women. Dramatist Pedro G. Romero, along with key performers
including Tamara López, Ursula López, and Leonor Leal will also grace the
event with their presence and good music.
To formally wrap up this year's flamenco festival to be held near the
Best Hotels Near Paddington Station, Compañía Rafaela Carrasco will
perform for Born a Shadow. Moved by the hidden voice of María de Zayas,
Teresa de Jesus, or Juana Inés de la Cruz and María Calderón, the spectacle
weaves together flamenco beats and spoken word to disrupt their silence and
bare the thrillers of the Spanish Golden Age.
Key stories of women and ingenuity are also the main event of an associated
line-up of shows to be held at the Lilian Baylis Studio opening on 23 February,
along with Ana Morales with Guillermo Weickert.
If you are a huge fan of flamenco, there’s no reason to miss this huge culmination
of Spain’s cultural dance and music. All you have to do is to book a hotel near the
venue – which is within the vicinity of Paddington, London. Search for the
Best Hotels Near Paddington Station, and book your hotel as early as a week
before your target date of travel. Hotels like The Edward Hotel Paddington
which has been dubbed as one of the Best Hotels Near Paddington Station
